Planning applications which fall within the parish will be notified to the Parish Council by Stratford District Council. All planning applications are then considered at the next scheduled meeting of the Parish Council. 

If the date for 'comments due' on planning applications falls before the next meeting then the Parish Council Planning Sub-Committee will meet prior to the required date to consider the application.
